Warranty and Service


According to the feedbacks from our customers, VICUT equipment is rarely damaged, because all the components we choose have to be tested before used. But we still show our warranty details here clearly.

1. Two years warranty and lifetime maintenance for the whole machine.
2. Within warranty period, any damage happens due to machine quality, VICUT will be responsible for replacing parts for free, except the regular consumables (such as cutting tools) and the damage caused by man-made irregular operations.
3. If any part is damaged outside the warranty period, VICUT will repair it for free.
4. You have to pay the international express cost.
5. The warranty time starts since the goods arrive at their destination.

2) We offer life-time 24-hour online technical support for free. We can communicate by phone, e-mail, whatsapp, wechat, QQ, skype, team-view, etc.
3) We offer free training for operation & maintenance of equipment in our factory.
4) Normally, VICUT machines will be shipped with complete installation and operation manual. If you have a basic knowledge of CNC, you can operate them easily.
5) We offer also on-site paid service: In order to make full use of the container and save shipping cost for our customer, we may ship 10 machines in 1 container. We will disassemble the machine, if customer could not finish the on-site installation. We are able to send our technician to conduct installation and training. Normally, it takes 3-5 days, but it is also depends on the complexity. You need to pay visa application cost, air ticket cost, local hotel & food cost, and service cost (80USD per day).
6) VICUT will make non-scheduled return visits, in order to make assessment for after-sale service technician, and to make our service better and better.
